Yes! Our paper is eco-friendly and recyclable. We work with recycling companies that collect our scrap paper every month. However, we do not provide environmental certifications as they significantly increase costs.
How many samples can I receive for testing?
We offer five price categories that align with five different card sizes. You can request five free samples, but shipping costs are not included.
Is the paper durable for intricate folding and cutting?
Absolutely! Our 3D Pop Up Greeting Cards are crafted using carefully selected paper that can withstand complex assembly. With over 11 years in the industry, we have tested various paper options extensively.
Does the paper resist fading or yellowing?
Yes! Many of our cards have been stored for 5–7 years and remain in excellent condition. To preserve them, keep them sealed in the provided plastic wrap.
Do you offer special finishes or coatings?
Currently, we do not offer foil stamping, embossing, or UV printing. However, for custom orders of 300 pieces per design, these features can be arranged.

What quality control measures do you implement?
Every card undergoes a thorough inspection before shipping. Our team, including my wife, personally oversees this process to ensure top quality.
Do you provide prototypes before mass production?
Yes! You can request a prototype before mass production. However, for existing catalog designs, this step is unnecessary.
What is your production defect rate?
Our defect rate is extremely low—only 1 in 100. Most minor imperfections are still within acceptable quality standards.
Do you comply with international safety and quality standards?
We do not hold international certifications, as they do not significantly enhance our products' value. However, our materials meet high-quality standards.
What is your standard production and delivery time?
For orders of at least 300 pieces, production takes around 15 days. Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method.
Can you handle urgent orders?
Yes! We are highly flexible. Our record is producing 1,000 Custom Pop-up Cards in just three days.
4. Questions About Packaging
What type of packaging do you provide?
Each card comes with a plain white 80gsm envelope and a plastic sleeve. Thicker envelopes are available upon request for an additional cost.
How do you ensure secure packaging for shipping?
We pack 10 cards in a larger plastic bag and then place them in a sturdy five-layer cardboard box to ensure safe transit.
Can the packaging be branded with my logo?
Yes! For bulk orders (minimum 200 pieces per size), we can print your company’s logo on the packaging.
Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?
Yes! You can opt for paper-only packaging by excluding individual plastic sleeves. In this case, 10 cards will be packed in a single larger plastic bag to reduce waste.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A deposit of 1,500,000 VND is required for a custom prototype. This amount is deducted from the final order cost.

What shipping options and delivery times do you offer?
- DHL and FedEx: 5–7 days
- UPS and other standard services: 10–15 days (door-to-door service)
Do you provide insurance for shipping damages?
We do not offer direct compensation for shipping damages. However, damages are rare due to our secure packaging.
What is your return or replacement policy for defective products?
We do not offer refunds but allow exchanges for products of equal value. If the defect is our fault, we provide a 100% refund upon receiving photo evidence.
