Regulations of Pop-up Card Thanh Toan :
1. Popup Card Production Process:
You submit your idea (image, drawing, hand sketch, or computer-generated design) for the popup card you need.
Based on your idea, we will create a 3D virtual proof, which we will edit together before proceeding. Once the edits are finalized, we will move on to actual printing and laser cutting.
The design sample fee is 1,000,000 VND per sample (for long-term collaboration), which will be deducted from the total order amount.
Design time: 2 - 3 days.
Actual sample production time: 1 - 2 days.
File formats for design: .PDF, .AI, .JPG.
Monthly production capacity: up to 50,000 cards.
Price for 1000 cards - size 15 x 15cm (folded) - with white envelope: 24,000 VND/piece (With printed envelope: additional 3,000 VND/piece)
2. Shipping Process:
You can choose your preferred shipping company such as DHL, TNT, UPS, etc., and create a remote order. We will provide the necessary information for you to complete your shipping order.
Alternatively, you can opt for our shipping services. We work with various intermediate shipping companies and have ample experience in this option.
Shipping costs approximately 10 USD/kg for a 30kg order (about 1000 cards), depending on whether you prefer express or standard delivery.
3. Production Time:
After final approval of the sample product, the production time for 1000 cards is approximately 10 to 15 days.
4. Payment Terms:
For design and sample production fees, you need to transfer funds directly to us using services like Western Union, WISE, or through the bank account we provide (WISE is recommended for its ease and speed).
Upon sample approval, a 50% deposit of the order value is required. The remaining 50% is due upon receipt and inspection of the goods, with payment not to exceed 3 working days.
