The real demo also takes 2 to 3 times. After final confirmation, the file will be changed into large file due to the dimensions of the printer and laser machine, preparing for the mass production.
The longest step is assembling of all pieces into the target architecture and pasting to the inside cover. This step requires the long and experienced skill of the workers. Also, it requires the love of them in the job, the persistence, the meticulousness, and the best carefulness. Because only a mistake, a wrong piece, a teared piece, a dirty from their hands can make a bad card.
The final step is packing. Usually, all suppliers pack their cards with an envelope and a plastic bag. Also, all pop up cards must be carefully checked before coming to final customers. This is considered the most important step.
